3. Freight Forwarding & Logistics

The Company acts as a freight forwarder and logistics coordinator. We are not a common carrier and do not assume liability as such. Our responsibilities are limited to:

Arranging transportation and coordinating shipments on behalf of the Client.
Handling documentation and customs clearance as per agreed scope.
Providing tracking and status updates on shipments.
Assisting with claims and disputes with carriers or third-party service providers.

4. Trading & Sourcing Services

When utilizing our trading and sourcing services, you agree that:

The Company acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee product quality, availability, or pricing beyond the scope of the agreed service.
All product specifications, quality standards, and delivery requirements must be clearly communicated and documented.
The Client is responsible for verifying product quality through inspections, samples, or third-party testing.

5. Liability & Indemnification

HarbourFreight Solutions Limited shall not be liable for:

Losses or damages arising from force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, wars, government actions, etc.).
Acts or omissions of third-party carriers, suppliers, or service providers.
Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Client.
Losses due to inherent product defects, perishability, or improper packaging.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Client's breach of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each service agreement or quotation. Unless otherwise agreed:

All invoices are due upon receipt or as specified in the quotation.
Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by applicable law.
Services may be suspended or terminated for non-payment.

7. Customs & Documentation

The Company provides assistance with customs clearance and documentation but does not guarantee:

Approval or clearance by customs authorities.
Exemption from duties, taxes, or inspection.
The accuracy of information provided by Clients or third parties.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all business information, trade secrets, and client data shared during the course of the business relationship. This obligation extends beyond the termination of services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Company's website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of HarbourFreight Solutions Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if:

The Client violates any applicable laws or regulations.
There is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Payment is not received as agreed.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
